SMM is time intensive but a cost effective way to communicate with your customers.

Prior to engaging in battle you need to be prepared and must know why you are going into war.

Check out your intelligence : who is your target market, what tools do they use and who is the General (influencer)

Know your communication tools: when, how and how often and what you are going to say.

Victory: know what is a win and how you are going to achieve it.

these insurgents.
They will become essential to your social media marketing strategy.
